Woodwells Cottage, rated 4 stars by the English Toursit Board, is as perfect example of peace, tranquility and picturesque surroundings as any cottage either in Owlpen or anywhere else in The Cotswolds. This detached house, is set on the edge of a small woods, surrounded by the beautiful countryside off a small country lane - this is is a real cottage hideaway! The house which is a traditional Cotswold style with good size rooms (rather than open plan) which give it a sense 'swallows-and-amazons'! We say this is as remote as you can get from the twentieth century in Southern England! Woodwells is a picturesque farmhouse built in 1877, set in the midst of a sunny clearing of wooded hills and at the end of the meadows. The house is utterly charming and an ideal family holiday home or place for friends to get together.ACCOMMODATION: A porch leads to the front hall. Elegant Dining Room, seating six comfortably. Pretty Victorian Sitting Room with armchairs. Kitchen / Breakfast Room,  modern farmhouse style with a microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Bedroom Three, with twin beds.Shower Room with wash basin and lavatory.
