West Barn offers a very high quality 'home from home' in a truly idyllic location deep in the Oxfordshire Cotswolds. Situated outside the very beautiful village of Tackley (close to Woodstock and Blenheim Palace) the property sits in a clearing within some woods and enjoys an extremely tranquil setting with, literally, no more than birdsong to break the silence! Inside the cottage is beautifully furnished and very spacious with all modern facilities to make your stay very comfortable. The huge TV and surround sound system are certainly appealing.... With walks from your front door and a host of local attractions and places to visit, this is an exceptional holiday cottage for two people.ACCOMMODATIONEntrance through open plan living space.Living Area with enourmous sofa, wall mounted TV, with Freeview, DVD player and surround sound system. Additional seating and desk.Kitchen / Diner with large farmhouse table and six chairs, fully equipped kitchen with four ring gas hob, oven and grill, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and microwave.Utility Room with washing machine and tumble drierCloakroom with WC and washbasinBedroom with super king size double bed (can be separated into two singles if preferred), wardrobe and chest of drawers plus Ensuite Bathroom with bath, power shower over, WC and washbasin.OutsideThere is a private garden area to the side of the property, with table and chairs, plus additional grassed garden to the rear.
