A real gem, situated within a stones throw of the village centre and level walk to the beach. Rowan Cottage is a little gem of a cottage. In a peaceful location just off the village centre, a short stroll will bring you to the footpath leading down to the beach, local shops, pubs and a variety of restaurants. It is semi-detached, light, bright and cheerful inside with a wood burning stove in the open plan living/dining room creating a warm and homely atmosphere on cooler evenings. The modern fitted kitchen has a ceramic tiled floor and a useful porch and pretty stable door leading out to the fully enclosed lawned side garden, with a gate to the private parking area. Upstairs are two attractive bedrooms and a separate modern bathroom. Perfect for families or friends, Rowan Cottage is a modern, charming and cosy home from home, great to return to at the end of the day.
