A character cottage with enclosed front garden in a private location just minutes from the village centre. Lyn Cottage occupies a lovely position with views over the rooftops of Lynton with the sea in the far distance. A picturesque and double fronted character home it enjoys a surprisingly private position in a tucked away location. Approached by a few steps, the entrance opens into the spacious living room with comfortable sofas flanking the electric wood burning stove effect fire. The separate dining room leads through to a newly installed bespoke well equipped kitchen. Three bedrooms occupy the first floor together with a large bathroom. The front garden is lawned and enclosed and there are a few steps down into a lane for quicker access to the centre of Lynton. With a good variety of shops locally, and within an easy drive of Exmoor, Lyn Cottage offers a good base from which to explore this stunning area, with rugged coastline and moorland walking.
