Nestling in the garden of the owners own home, Little Seascape is an excellent high quality retreat in the heart of this popular seaside village. Beautifully presented in an open plan contemporary style, the comfortable living room with stylish fitted kitchen area has patio doors out onto the sunny decked terrace and small fully enclosed garden with lawn with barbecue. The accommodation is completed by an attractive double bedroom and modern pristine en suite shower room. On arrival you will find a reserved parking space and your own private gated access to the cottage. The friendly owners take great care to respect your privacy but may occasionally use the gate to access the lane into the village. Woolacombe's fabulous choice of shops pubs and restaurants are only minutes away and the stunning three mile stretch of golden sands within a short stroll. This lovely home is a perfect base for discerning couples to enjoy at any time of year.

Accommodation: Ground floor: Open plan living room with 32 inch wall mounted TV with Freeview, DVD and CD player. Kitchen area with electric oven and hob, microwave, washer/dryer and larder fridge. A freezer is available for use in the garage. Bedroom with Double and ensuite shower room with spacious walk in shower cubicle, WC and basin.
