This delightful cottage, part of converted coaching stables, is situated in a peaceful courtyard setting in the heart of Lynton, and is only a few minutes walk from stunning coastal scenery, woodland walks, shops and restaurants. There is a level walk from the parking area to the entrance porch which leads into a spacious and comfortable living room featuring a wood burning stove for cooler evenings, and light and airy well equipped kitchen/breakfast room with ceramic floor. With two bedrooms, the main bedroom with a double and single bed, occupies the whole of the first floor with original apex beamed ceiling and views over the courtyard, however headroom is limited above the single bed. The bathroom and twin room are on the ground floor. Buttershaw Cottage is an ideal property in the perfect spot to explore Exmoor and its dramatic coastline. You can leave your car and walk to the surrounding woodland, coastal paths and famous Valley of the Rocks. Popular with walkers and families alike it makes an ideal cosy retreat to relax and enjoy at any time of year
