Centrally located in a quiet courtyard just off the main village street, Brook Cottage offers a stylish modern holiday home ideal for small families or couples. A comfortable living/dining room has French doors opening out onto the rear garden and the well equipped modern kitchen looks out over the front courtyard. Upstairs the pretty master bedroom has an ensuite shower room and a further double and single room are served by a separate modern family bathroom. The rear garden is completely private and fully enclosed, mostly laid with pebbles and with flower borders and a fenced shallow trickling brook running alongside, a perfect spot for al fresco dining or drinks on balmy summer evenings. Surrounded by stunning scenery and with a sheltered sandy cove, Combe Martin offers a selection of shops, pubs and restaurants. There are numerous country and coastal walks nearby which offer wonderful panoramic views over the village and out to sea and for younger family members, The Dinosaur and Wildlife Park is nearby.
