An exceptionally stylish family holiday home with generous proportions and equipped with everything you could possibly wish for, it will be hard to leave! Breezes is a wonderfully stylish and comfortable modern detached home in the heart of Croyde village just a short stroll from the golden sandy beach and a choice of pubs, restaurants and village stores. With oak flooring throughout the ground floor, the welcoming living room has comfy sofas surrounding a feature inset fireplace. French doors open onto a lovely decked patio and fully enclosed rear lawn inviting you to relax and enjoy leisurely barbecues. The expansive kitchen / dining room is beautifully fitted with a range style cooker, granite worktops and has distant sea views. This is a wonderful family space and leads through to a separate snug sitting room ideal for children. A useful utility room has a door through to the large double garage with remote control door and ample secure storage for all your surfboards, bicycles or beach equipment together with table football and a table tennis table. A separate wet room, ideal for when you have just come from the beach is located off the utility room. On the first floor are five bedrooms, all carpeted for comfort, generous in size and attractively presented with two enjoying sea views over the rooftops. The master bedroom has a stunning en suite bathroom with separate walk-in shower cubicle, bedroom two offers the option of a spacious double which converts to a twin on request and having an ensuite shower room. A third stylish double room also has an ensuite shower room whilst the two further twin rooms are served by a separate pristine bathroom. With so much space for everyone to relax and enjoy, Breezes is ideal for a carefree family holiday where wonderful memories are made and it will hard to tear yourself away!

Kitchen / dining room with range style electric oven and hob, microwave, American style fridge/ freezer with ice maker and filtered water dispenser, dishwasher, iPod dock with speakers and Wi-Fi Broadband connection. Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Snug sitting room with wall mounted flat screen TV/ DVD. Wet room with shower, WC and basin. First floor: Bedroom 1 with King with freestanding flat screen TV, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower cubicle, twin basins and WC. Bedroom 2 with Super king "zip n link" converting to twin on request and ensuite shower room with WC and basin. Bedroom 3 with King with ensuite shower room with WC and basin. Bedroom 4 with Twin. Bedroom 5 with Twin. Bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle, WC and basin.
