Reached via country lanes and set in an enclosed area with large lawn and woodland. Ideal for exploring the whole of North Cornwall and Devon there are sheltered coves and long sandy surfing beaches to visit and explore. Walkers will enjoy the lovely rugged cliff-tops along the coast as well as the pleasant lanes directly from the property. There are attractions to suit all tastes close by and these include The Big Sheep The Milky Way Launceston Steam Railway Bude Canal and Splashpool and more. The traditional market town of Holsworthy is less than 3 miles away and offers shops restaurants and pubs. The spacious accommodation retains much original charm and character with beams slate flooring and inglenook fireplaces offering SIX bedrooms: upstairs 2 doubles 1 zip-and-link double (which can be a twin on request) and 1 single.
