The area is perfect for walkers with woodland walks and an abundance of wildlife on the doorstep and only a stone s throw from the Tarka Trail where you can enjoy traffic-free walking and cycling (bike and canoe hire available locally). There is also the opportunity to launch canoes. Westward Ho! with 2 miles of golden sands is a short drive away. The nearby town of Bideford offers shops pubs restaurants and day trips to Lundy Island.
