With access from country lanes to the shingle beach at Greencliff you will be able to enjoy picturesque National Trust cliff-top walks to Westward Ho! or Bucks Mills in the other direction. The popular family attraction The Big Sheep is a 5 minutes walk and has a range of shows and play areas. There are 2 miles of golden sandy beach a 10 minutes drive away and you will be ideally placed for enjoying a host of popular attractions within a short drive including The Oldenburg in Bideford for day trips to Lundy Island The Milky Way the cobbled village of Clovelly Tapeley Park Watermouth Castle and more. The area is famed for its natural beauty and you will be within very easy access of both Dartmoor and Exmoor. The property is arranged over three floors and many of the rooms have lovely sea views. The accommodation offers FOUR bedrooms: situated on the first floor 1 double with en-suite shower room with WC. 1 twin room and 1 double which leads through to the stairs to the second floor which offers 1 twin bedroom and opens out to a child s lounge/play area with TV.
