PICTURESQUE THATCHED DEVON COTTAGE CLOSE TO THE BEACHES OF NORTH DEVON Situated on the edge of a traditional North Devon village this splendid detached thatched cottage retains much of its original charm and character yet offers all modern amenities. Ideally placed for touring the whole of North Devon there are a wealth of attractions to suit all tastes which include The Big Sheep The Milky Way Dartington Crystal and RHS Rosemoor Gardens. The market town of Bideford is a 5 minute drive where you can catch The Oldenburg to Lundy Island or visit the shops pubs restaurants and pannier market. The 2 miles of golden sandy beach at Westward Ho! is less than 4 miles away and in the evenings visit one of many local family pubs serving good food the nearest being less than 1 mile away. The accommodation offers FOUR bedrooms: 2 doubles (1 being a king-size) and 2 twin bedrooms. Bathroom: with elevated roll-top bath and step up to separate shower cubicle with WC. Further shower room and WC downstairs reached via a step up. Well-equipped kitchen/breakfast room: with low beams range cooker. Second kitchen area: with fridge/freezer and microwave electric hob and oven dishwasher washing machine and tumble dryer. Dining room reached via small step down with ample seating for 8.
