The barn overlooks the surrounding fields and has views over Roadford Lake and on a clear day you can see most of Dartmoor. The property also has increased accessibility. Located a 10 minute drive to the A30 makes it easily accessible and an ideal base from which to explore both Devon and Cornwall. Visit the many National Trust houses and RHS gardens or the sandy beaches on the north coast. The Eden Project Plymouth Exeter Barnstaple and Truro are all approximately a 1 hour drive.
