SITUATED IN THE GROUNDS OF THE IMPRESSIVE ROUSDON ESTATE Set on a complex of properties offering a unique holiday experience with many original features. The 350 acre estate has direct access to the Axmouth to Lyme Regis Undercliffs National Nature Reserve where wild deer foxes rabbits and squirrels can be seen. Nestled on the Jurassic Coast England s first natural World Heritage Site famous for fossils with discoveries constantly uncovered including dinosaurs and their footprints. This coastline is one of the wonders of the natural world along with the Great Barrier Reef and Grand Canyon. Lyme Regis is a short drive with an unspoilt seafront and sheltered beaches perfect for children to play and adults to relax in the deckchairs lining the promenade in summer. Pleasure and fishing trips run from the ancient harbour. Local attractions include the charming resorts of Beer Seaton Sidmouth Branscombe and National Trust properties and gardens. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double room with distant sea views and en-suite WC 1 twin room (2 6 beds). A small flight of stairs takes you to 1 additional double room. Bathroom: adjacent upstairs double with shower over bath and WC. Shower room adjacent the twin room with WC and heated towel rail. Downstairs WC. Lounge: with TV DVD and hi-fi. Entrance dining hall.
