Privacy is assured however with its own private garden area and parking. The village itself provides a couple of pubs a church Post Office and small shop. Also ideal for guests wishing to travel without a car as there is a railway station in the village linking you to the cathedral city of Exeter and the World Heritage Jurassic Coastline with fossil filled beaches at Lyme Regis and sandy beaches at Sidmouth and Exmouth. The surrounding area offers something for all ages with National Trust properties such as Killerton House Knightshayes Court sporting activities such as horse riding golf surfing and sailing and family attractions such as Crealy or Woodlands Adventure Park.
