Set within an exclusive complex with the benefit of on-site amenities including indoor tennis court and river/coarse lake fishing. Located in a popular area of North Cornwall and taking full advantage of the peace and quiet of the countryside the property is 3 minutes by car to the beautiful sandy beach of Widemouth Bay and 8 minutes will bring you to Bude a real little town alive all year round with plenty of shops and restaurants. It also provides horse riding an 18 hole links golf course sport and leisure centre bowling greens coarse and sea fishing and a choice of award-winning clean beaches with beautiful clifftop walks. Leisure facilities: Indoor tennis court games room with pool table and table tennis outdoor giant chess set river trout and coarse lake fishing woodland walk and kite flying field. Guests are also invited to interact with the alpacas that live on-site. Amentities: Laundry room with wet suit drying area. This single-storey cottage offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double bedroom with TV and en-suite bathroom with shower over 1 twin with en-suite shower room and 1 further double with single bunk above. Separate WC. Lounge: with exposed stone walls woodburner and TV with freeview AND DVD. Kitchen/diner: leading on from lounge with hob oven microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and washing machine. Additional info: The owners keep and breed alpacas at Woolstone and in the summer months you may be fortunate enough to see young alpacas.
