CLOSE TO COASTAL RESORT OF ROCK WITH SANDY BEACHES This lovely terraced character cottage is set in a quiet village and is less than 5 minutes to the popular sandy beach resort of Rock which offers excellent sailing and a ferry ride to Padstow with Rick Stein s restaurant. It is a short drive to a host of popular beaches as well as being less than 2 miles from three beaches one for sailing another for families and also the world-famous surfing beach of Polzeath. Wadebridge is again a short drive where you can gain access to the Camel Trail which is great for cycling. The cottage is a few steps from the friendly village pub which offers good food and wi-fi. The accommodation is full of character and original features and offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double and 2 singles with 4 beds. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge: with TV DVD and woodburner effect electric fire. Kitchen: with cooker fridge/freezer microwave and washing machine. Outside: there is a mature enclosed garden approached by a couple of steps from the kitchen with seating. Amenities: off-road parking for 2 cars.
