LESS THAN 1 MILE TO THE WORLD HERITAGE SITE TOWN OF LYME REGIS Centrally situated in the village of Uplyme 1 mile from the ancient town of Lyme Regis enjoys a wealth of footpaths and country walks village store and Post Office and a welcoming free house that has good beers wine and a menu for all tastes. Learn about the history and geology of the coastline try your hand at fishing from Lyme Regis walk the famous Hardy Trail or Smuggler s Trail or simply use the house as a base for touring the West Country with its wide range of attractions sheltered coves and long sandy beaches. This detached house nestles in a quiet village location and offers THREE bedrooms: 1 king-size 1 twin and 1 single. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Downstairs shower room with WC. Lounge/diner: with Freeview DVD and hi-fi leading to decked area with seating. Conservatory with seating. Kitchen: well-equipped with cooker dishwasher fridge and microwave. Amenities: parking for 2 small cars or 1 large car with additional parking available with the neighbouring owners.
