WORKING FARM PERFECT LOCATION FOR EXPLORING NORTH CORNWALL AND DEVON SLEEPS 4 1 This bungalow offering peace and tranquillity is situated in a sunny spot on the edge of this friendly farm with sheep and beef. See a variety of birds and wildlife especially on and around the small lake which is situated away from the bungalow. During the spring you may see lambs in the fields. There is plenty to see and do in the area for all ages with some fabulous sandy beaches including Widemouth Bay popular with surfers. The coastal town of Bude is a short drive and offers a selection of shops cafes beaches and a canal. Other places of interest include Boscastle with its witchcraft museum Tintagel with its legends of King Arthur Hartland Quay and the steep cobbled streets at Clovelly. Further afield you will find the surfing resort of Newquay and the fishing harbour at Padstow made famous by Chef Rick Stein. The accommodation all on one level offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double 1 twin and 1 single. Bathroom: with shower over bath. Separate WC. Lounge: with woodburner (first basket of logs free) flatscreen TV DVD and video. Kitchen/diner: large and well-fitted with dishwasher washer/dryer microwave fridge/freezer and many useful extras. Tumble dryer available in nearby garage. Outside: enclosed lawn gardens with views over farmland garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen and electric included towels available to hire. Central heating is an additional 20 per week payable to the owner on arrival. Regret no smoking or pets.
