CLOSE TO QUAYSIDE STYLISH COTTAGE WITH SEA VIEWS FROM 1ST FLOOR. Nestling in one of Appledore s quaint streets and close to the bustling quayside where you can look across the water towards the seaside village of Instow. Watch the boats sail by from the raised decking area in the enclosed patio garden. Enjoy days exploring the hidden cobbled streets around the village or visit one of the areas popular attractions including The Big Sheep The Milky Way Clovelly Dartington Crystal RHS Rosemoor and Tapeley Park to name just a few. Take a short drive over to the sand dunes of Instow or enjoy the 2 miles of golden sand at the beach of Westward Ho! which is just a short 5 minute drive. In the evenings stroll along the quayside or eat out at one of the many family pubs cafes and restaurants or pick up locally caught fish and chips. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms all accessed via an open tread staircase: 1 king-size with sea views 1 twin and 1 bunk. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC.
