Ayr is a bustling thriving community with a wonderful choice of places to eat out cafes pubs and leisure activities. For the younger members of the family just a short walk away is an animal Farm Park with a lovely sandy beach nearby. Robert Burns birthplace and Burns Heritage Park Culzean Castle and Country Park are also popular local attractions. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite shower-room 1 further double and 1 twin bedroom. Bathroom: with spa bath. Lounge: with SkyTV. Kitchen/diner: with gas oven fridge/freezer washing machine tumble dryer dishwasher and microwave. Outside: enclosed lawn and patio. Amenities: bed linen towels and gas central heating included.
