CHARMING DETACHED SOUTH-FACING COTTAGE IN FRIENDLY VILLAGE This delightful cottage is over 100 years old and has been fully refurbished to a high standard perfect for couples or a family. It is set in a quiet village location close to all local amenities and only 2 miles from Perth.This friendly village has 3 pub/restaurants a selection of local shops and there is an excellent bus service into Perth. Scone Palace is well worth a visit with its beautiful gardens adventure playground maze and peaceful woodland perfect for a walk or picnic amidst the resident peacocks! Perth has something for all the family with unique shopping atmospheric pubs and restaurants landscaped walks theatre museum and galleries. The accommodation is all on one level and offers TWO bedrooms: 2 doubles. Bathroom: with bath separate shower and WC. Lounge: cosy and comfortable with woodburner (first basket of logs included thereafter enough logs and kindling for 2 fires can be purchased in advance for 7) flatscreen TV Freeview DVD and wi-fi.
