STUNNING GRADE II LISTED PROPERTY IN THE HEART OF PENZANCE REGRET NO CHILDREN UNDER 5 YEARS OLD This stunning Grade II listed property situated in a quiet location a few minutes walk from the seafront and centre of town is full of character and is the perfect choice with so much on your doorstep. Penzance is steeped in history and has a wide range of art galleries shops pubs cafes and restaurants an Art Deco lido for outdoor swimming fishing trips and much more. Venture further afield and enjoy some of the many delights on offer including excellent local beaches the outdoor Minack Theatre with its stunning views Lands End St Michael s Mount Flambards Theme Park Tate Gallery at St Ives The Eden Project and much more. In the evenings enjoy a glass of wine in the patio garden with seating or a meal at a range of popular venues including a number of Michelin starred restaurants. The property is furnished and equipped to a good standard and offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC.
