The Camel Trail passes through the centre of Wadebridge as it runs from Padstow to Bodmin and is ideal for cycling or walking alongside the spectacular Camel estuary and Cornish countryside. The Cornwall County Show ground is a short walk away and hosts numerous events throughout the year from the Royal County Show to horse racing and touring circuses from around the world. The extremely popular destination of Padstow with its picturesque harbour is 7 miles from your door renowned for its selection of fish restaurants including celebrity chef Rick Stein s seafood restaurant. Rock which is popular for all water sports is 6 miles drive. The popular tourist destination of Newquay is a short drive down the Atlantic Highway and offers four different beaches ranging from Fistral renowned as the surfing capital of Britain to family orientated beaches.
