SITUATED WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF THE BEACH WITH SEA VIEWS This delightful character cottage which is tucked away in a small courtyard of cottages offers the perfect place for people wanting to get away from it all but at the same time enjoy the many amenities that the area has to offer. Situated on the edge of Westward Ho! and occupying an elevated position enjoying some beautiful distant views extending across the Atlantic Ocean to Lundy Island with farmland and the Royal Devon Golf Course in the foreground. You will be 5 minutes walk from Northam village offering shops takeaways and pubs. The Club House for England s oldest golf course is the same distance as the village and you will be within a 15 minute walk of the 2 mile stretch of sandy beach at Westward Ho! (a fabulous beach famous for its bass fishing with life guards and surfing lessons during the summer months). There are numerous attractions in the area which include The Big Sheep Dartington Crystal Tapely Park The Milky Way and an array of beautiful coastal villages including the seaside village of Westward Ho! itself which offers pubs and shops.
