On the edge of a traditional market town there are many amenities within 1 mile including shops pubs swimming pool and restaurants. Ideally situated as a great base to explore Devon and Cornwall. The North Cornish coast is a 20 minute drive and ideal for surfers and sunbathers with long sandy beaches as well as coves to explore and cliff-top walks to ramble. There are many attractions close by including Clovelly The Milky Way Launceston Steam Railway and Roadford Lake. Outside: on site enjoy exploring the woodland enclosed lawns and field areas or feed the ducks on the large enclosed pond. From the top field there is a summer house with distant views of Dartmoor (35 minutes drive) and Bodmin Moor. Retaining much original charm and character offering TWO bedrooms: 1 twin on the ground floor and 1 double on the first floor. Bathroom: downstairs with shower over french bath and WC.
