SET IN 250 ACRES GUESTS ARE WELCOME TO VISIT THE FARM BY ARRANGEMENT Approached via a farm lane a detached former dairy and hayloft that has been renovated to a high standard with a spacious open-plan living area set on the first floor to take advantage of the view over the neighbouring field where cattle sometimes graze. The exposed beams traditional Cornish granite and comfortable farmhouse style of the conversion creates a perfect retreat. 3 miles away you will find The Eden Project and other attractions such as Luxulyan Valley and Viaduct the Tall Ships at Charlestown the Lost Gardens of Heligan and many National Trust properties. Within 5 miles there are a number of golf courses including Lostwithiel Lanhydrock and Carlyon Bay. The sandy beach of Par and the bays of St Austell are within 5 miles. Numerous other beaches on the south coast are all within easy reach and well worth a visit. In the evenings enjoy a BBQ on the patio or eat out at one of the local pubs within 1.5 miles. Farm activities: Set in 250 acres guests are welcome to visit the farm and see various activities by arrangement. The accommodation offers lovely traditional features and TWO bedrooms: all downstairs 1 large double with en-suite shower and WC 1 twin bedroom. Bathroom: downstairs with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: on the first floor with stairgate at the top of stairs open-plan comfortable lounge area with woodburner effect electric fire Freeview TV/video and DVD. Dining area to seat four kitchen with electric cooker microwave fridge with ice compartment and dishwasher. Washing machine in entrance hall. Outside: enclosed garden with seating and BBQ. Amenities: parking on the drive for 2 cars. Bed linen towels (not for beach use) electric central heating and wi-fi included. Regret no pets and no smoking within the property.
