A perfect base for touring the area. The National Trust s A La Ronde is a 15 minutes stroll. Exmouth is a lively town with a popular sandy beach and is a 10 minute drive. You will be within a 15 minutes walk to the local village of Lympstone which has a shop and a number of pubs serving food. Other destinations well worth a visit include historic Exeter with its cathedral and leisure facilities Crealy Adventure Park Bicton Park the Donkey Sanctuary at Sidmouth and Dartmoor with its wildlife and rugged scenery.
