Positioned 1 mile from the A39 the properties are in the perfect place to explore all that Cornwall has to offer. The popular north Cornwall coast is virtually on your doorstep boasting locations such as Newquay the surfing capital of England Padstow with its picturesque harbour and wealth of restaurants including the renowned Rick Stein and Tintagel which is steeped in King Arthur s myth and legend to name but a few. If escapism is what you are looking for then Bodmin Moor is a short drive with its breathtaking rugged landscapes or a walk along one of the many coast paths and take in the jagged coastline.
