It is a short drive from a wealth of popular sandy beaches and coves and attractions to suit all tastes which include beautiful Bude beach The Big Sheep and RHS Rosemoor. Nearby Holsworthy has a good selection of shops pubs and restaurants and has a weekly farmers market on a Wednesday. In the evenings relax in the garden and enjoy the views over open fields. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin. Bathroom: with bath and separate shower. Separate WC. Lounge: spacious room with woodburner effect electric fire TV Freeview DVD video and hi-fi with iPod dock. French doors lead out to the south west facing patio. Kitchen/diner: with electric cooker fridge/freezer microwave and dishwasher. Utility room: with washer/dryer. Outside: garden with furniture and BBQ. Amenities: off-road parking for 2 cars. Bed linen towels electric night storage heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 1 dog welcome from 1 November 2014 until 28 March 2015. Additional info: seasonal produce eggs preserves bacon and sausages are available on request from the owners. Location: beach 7 miles pub and shop 3 miles.
