It stands on it s own within the gardens and access to the property is via a stone path. 15 minutes walking distance or short drive to the market town of Holsworthy with its farmer s market golf club swimming pool restaurants shops and pubs the cottage is a short drive from the unspoilt North Cornwall coastline with its cliff-top walks sheltered coves and sandy beaches. There are attractions to suit all tastes including Launceston Steam Railway and Tamar Otter Park Milky Way Bude with its canal and Splashpool Boscastle and Padstow with its renowned harbour and fish restaurants. In the evenings relax on the patio with a BBQ or stroll the land and see the animals. Wildlife enthusiasts will enjoy the diversity of birds and animals which visit the gardens.
