A SHORT STROLL TO BIDEFORD TOWN CENTRE AND THE TARKA TRAIL This spacious terraced cottage is set back from the approach road to the port town of Bideford on the east side of the River Torridge. A five minute stroll across the ancient bridge you are in the town centre which offers a range of shops pubs restaurants pannier market and park. You will be a minute s walk to the Tarka Trail for some of the best riverside walks in the West Country either through rural North Devon countryside or the sand dunes and restaurants at Instow. 2 miles to the long sandy surfing beach at Westward Ho! and also close to a choice of attractions which include The Big Sheep The Milky Way Dartington Crystal Tapeley Park and much more. Or just relax with a BBQ in the garden. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double with river views and 1 bedroom with a double bed and a single day bed with en-suite with shower over bath and WC. Bathroom: downstairs with mixer shower over small bath and WC. Lounge: with open fire TV DVD and iPod dock. Kitchen/diner: with cooker fridge and microwave. Utility room: outside with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: enclosed small patio area and lawn garden accessed by steep steps. Amenities: parking in car park (virtually opposite) or roadside parking a few minutes walk. Bed linen electric and central heating included. Dogs welcome. Regret no smoking.
