COTTAGE ON THE WATERFRONT WITH PATIO AREA AND VIEWS ACROSS THE ESTUARY This charming waterfront cottage is within walking distance of Appledore s quayside as well as being a short stroll to many popular family pubs shops restaurants and galleries. Enjoy the North Devon coastline with its breathtaking scenery long sandy beaches and sheltered coves as well as attractions to suit all tastes which include The Big Sheep The Milky Way Dartington Crystal golf riding swimming and more. In the evenings relax in the patio garden and watch the ships sail past. The comfortable homely cottage offers TWO bedrooms: upstairs has 1 bedroom with king-size bed en-suite shower room and WC. Downstairs offers 1 large bedroom with a double bed and bunk beds. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge: upstairs with fantastic views over the estuary flatscreen TV with Freeview DVD coal effect gas fire and a selection of books and DVDs. Kitchen/diner: equipped with washing machine dishwasher tumble dryer gas cooker fridge freezer and microwave. Dining area with hi-fi. Outside: patio doors from the kitchen/diner to a beautiful enclosed courtyard garden with sea lapping at sea wall table chairs sun loungers BBQ and stone hut for storage.
