WELL PRESENTED BUNGALOW QUIETLY SITUATED IN HEART OF SEASIDE VILLAGE This bungalow in Heacham is just a 20 minute walk to a sandy beach no need for your car. This seaside village has shops pubs restaurants and Norfolk Lavender Farm. The popular Victorian seaside town of Hunstanton is within a 5 minute car drive with promenade and gardens shops pubs tennis bowling golf Princes Theatre indoor swimming pool and Sea Life Centre. Daily boat trips to see the seals in their natural habitat or take an evening stroll to enjoy the magnificent sunsets. Old Hunstanton with multi coloured striped cliffs and for exploring the rock pools. Nearby Brancaster for sailing and nature reserves Snettisham Park with deer baby animal feeding and pony riding. The Queens home Sandringham and gardens makes an enjoyable day out. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double with flatscreen TV french doors leading to conservatory and 1 single with pull out bed. Bathroom: with shower over bath. Lounge/diner: with electric living flame fire TV and DVD. Kitchen: with microwave and washing machine. Conservatory: beautifully light and airy space perfect for relaxing wall mounted flatscreen TV and French doors leading out into the garden. Outside: enclosed garden and decking with furniture. Amenities: parking available. Bed linen towels (please bring your own beach towels) electric and central heating included. Regret no smoking. 1 small dog welcome. Additional info: 100 security deposit required payable direct to the owner. Location: beach 1.5 miles pub restaurants and shops within walking distance. Arrival: 4pm.
