2 Baillie Hall was once used as a church hall, school and meeting rooms which has been converted into two separate properties in the town of Newtown St Boswells near to Melrose in the Scottish Borders. Boasting three bedrooms - one double, one ensuite twin and a family room with an ensuite shower - this cottage can sleep up to seven people. Also within the cottage is a ground floor family bathroom, a basement kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with a balcony. Outside the cottage is off road parking for two cars and a decked front sitting area. 2 Baillie Hall is located in one of the most unspoilt parts of Britain, and is a perfect base for exploring the Scottish borders.
