The owners live next door but your privacy is assured and the property has a private garden and separate access to the public footbath that leads to the sought after village of North Curry. Its central location makes this property perfect for visiting both coastlines including pretty Watchet and Blue Anchor to the North and to the popular seaside towns of Seaton Lyme Regis and Sidmouth to the South. Taunton is within a few miles and offers an extensive shopping mix restaurants and leisure facilities the historic towns of Glastonbury and Wells are both within a 30 minute drive and the stunning cathedral city of Exeter is under an hour away by car. Other attractions within easy reach including Exmoor National Park Clarks Village The Quantock Hills West Somerset Steam Railway and a selection of National Trust properties and gardens.
