With a series of bridle and footpaths winding past the property ideal for keen walkers or a general stroll in the summer evenings. There is much to see and explore as well as being able to enjoy a popular local pub within a 15 minute walk or the award winning gastro pub Jack in the Green a short drive. The popular East Devon beaches are a short drive and offer a range of sheltered coves and sandy beaches with the Jurassic Coast also being a short drive littered with some picturesque towns and villages. The historic regional City of Exeter with its vast array of shops pubs restaurants cinema theatre and leisure activities is again a short drive from the property and the perfect place to pick up a memento of your stay. With a wealth of local attractions from Crealy Devon Bicton Park numerous National Trust properties and gardens and much more there is something for everyone.
