Exmouth is the gateway to the Jurassic coast. The Exe estuary nature reserve is a 10 minute walk away and is a haven for bird watchers throughout the year you can also use the newly created cycle trail stretching to Exeter and beyond. There are many cliff-top walks which offer stunning views of the bay and plenty of sand dunes rock pools and many seaside attractions which will keep everyone entertained for hours. You will be within a short drive to Crealy Adventure Park The Donkey Sanctuary Roman Quarry Caves at Beer and Seaton Electric Tramway. The historic regional centre of Exeter is a short drive and offers cinemas shops pubs restaurants and theatre. There is a regular bus service to Exeter a few yards from the property. Other facilities close by include the championship golf course at the Woodbury Park Hotel Golf and Country Club riding fishing and more.
