Lanivet is often referred to as the centre of Cornwall with easy access to both coasts Fowey (10 miles) and Rock (16 miles) and all of the county s beauty spots. From the cottage you can visit the local village pubs at Lanivet (2 miles) Luxulyan (3 miles) and Lanlivery (4 miles). The Eden Project is 5 miles away and the spectacular National Trust Lanhydrock House and Gardens are 3 miles away. For the sporting enthusiast there is also a magnificent 18 hole golf course at Lanhydrock and there are excellent equestrian facilities at Barguse Riding Centre which is 1.5 miles away. The area is popular for walkers with a nature reserve nearby and Helman Tor where you can enjoy coast to coast views. Set within its own private lawns this accommodation has been converted into a comfortable and cosy cottage offers ONE bedroom: double with en-suite shower room with WC.
