LOVELY BUNGALOW RESTING ON THE BANK OF THE RIVER INNY PERFECT FOR A PEACEFUL BREAK AND TOURING THE AREA. SLEEPS 2 1 1 SMALL DOG WELCOME BETWEEN OCTOBER THROUGH UNTIL APRIL Idyllically situated within a small exclusive complex which includes a tennis court and a picnic lake. Located in the countryside about 7 miles from the rugged North Cornwall coastline with its beautiful coves and beaches. This location brings all that Cornwall has to offer within easy reach. Walkers Hikers and Cyclists are spoilt for choice of footpaths such as The Saints Way and the South West Coast Path ranging both north and south alternatively along Roughtor onto Bodmin moor and see the remains of its pre-historic settlements. Or to the coast for a boat /sea-fishing trips from Boscastle and Padstow see Port Isaac Tintagel and its castle. To the north Bude and Clovelly to the South Newquay St Ives Lands-end Porthcurno and the Minack Theatre and then to St Michaels Mount. Leisure facilities: a shared outdoor tennis court and lake The accommodation offers ONE bedroom: with double bed and built-in storage. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge / kitchen/ diner: light and airy this open plan space offers a sofa bed within the lounge (suitable for up to 12 years old please enquire at time of booking) Freeview TV and DVD player. A modern kitchen which is well equipped with electric oven hob microwave fridge-freezer and washing machine. Outside: enclosed garden with patio area seating and BBQ overlooking River Inny. Amenities: Designated parking bay in the nearby car park. Bed linen towels electric heating and wifi included. 1 small dog welcome between 1st October and 30th April. Regret no smoking.
